At the start, before some of the players start to fall behind, everyone will be trampling over the same objects and structures, trying to get higher before the others. They can also play a public game, but it's particularly difficult because the island has a maximum capacity of 50 players. Players can challenge their friends in a private match and race them to the very top of the island it can be quite fun, especially with voice chat on.
The main objective is to make it through the entire storyline behind the first Fortnite Chapter. Since this version of the game is all about Fortnite Chapter 1, gamers will start in the Dusty Depot warehouse, and as they progress through the island and get closer to the top, they'll encounter known structures and buildings from the following season. The Only Up Fortnite island is just like the game itself players must reach the highest altitude possible without falling, and if they do, they'll have to start over.
